Fitrivo provides a gamified wellness platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service.
Fitrivo is not a medical organization. The information provided through the platform is for informational and motivational purposes only. You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise program. You assume all risk for your physical activities tracked through Fitrivo.
Our territory-based gamification relies on honest activity tracking. You agree not to manipulate GPS data, use automated tools to simulate movement, or engage in any behavior that gives an unfair advantage in challenges or territory capture. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of cheating.
By starting a fitness activity in Fitrivo, you agree that the platform may use background location access to continue recording your walking, running, cycling, or other supported activity while the app is minimized, closed, or the device screen is locked. Background location is used to calculate distance, route, speed, calories, and territory progress, and remains active only for an activity session until you stop or end it. Disabling background location permissions may limit or prevent activity tracking and territory capture features.
If you are using Fitrivo through your employer, your usage data (excluding sensitive personal health details like weight, unless specified) may be shared with your employer as part of their wellness program analytics.
Fitrivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to injuries sustained during physical activities.
